30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not happy with your hoodie for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it, no questions asked. Love it or send it back.
How to return
- Email support@sporthoodsus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for these before sending anything back.
- Once we receive your return, we refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Please send the hoodie back unworn outside a try-on, clean and with its tags where possible.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, in the wrong team or size, or does not arrive, email support@sporthoodsus.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos of the item and packaging where available. We will replace it or refund it free of charge, including any return postage we ask you to pay. Any remedy required by applicable consumer law will be provided.
Bundle offers
Bundle offers (Buy 1, Get 1 35% off and Buy 2, Get 1 Free) apply automatically at checkout. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated on the discounted price you actually paid for the returned item.
Optional order extras
Shipping Protection and Priority Order Processing are services, not products, so they are not returned. If your whole order is cancelled or refunded before production starts, the extras are refunded with it. After production has started, an extra that has been supplied is not refunded, except where required by applicable law. If a paid service is not supplied, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
Order cancellations
Every order is made to order. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, before production starts. Email support@sporthoodsus.com immediately with your order number; we will confirm once the order has been stopped.
After production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled, except where cancellation is required by applicable law, but our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee still applies once it is delivered. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days of purchase, we will email you and offer a full-refund cancellation.
Mandatory consumer rights
This policy does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived. These include applicable cancellation rights and remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to these rights.
EU and UK statutory cancellation rights
Where the statutory right applies, you may notify us by email that you are cancelling within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Contact us for the return address. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Where the law requires us to cover return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will do so. Our standard team designs are not treated as personalised goods, so this right applies to them.
Any refund required under this cancellation right includes standard outbound delivery charges if paid and uses the original payment method. We will reimburse you within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of cancellation, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. Original unopened packaging is not a condition of statutory rights.
